1-Web Designer
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, high-caliber Web Designer with strong graphic design, programming, editing, and project management skills to join our Marketing Communication team.
The function of the Designer is to oversee the overall "look and feel", navigation, and user interactivity for all website developments. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills with an emphasis on user-friendliness and communication effectiveness. Experience in print design is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Oversee the graphic design of large-scale website builds, from concept through to completion.
* Design e-mail and web-based marketing campaigns.
* Slice and optimize creative files and utilize established web standards to produce resultant HTML.
* Proactive management of day-to-day website content schedule for corporate and local websites and provide on-going status of projects and content schedule.
* Provide training and assistance on style issues to internal content providers as needed.
* Develop a cohesive vision for website marketing.
* Create website templates and style sheets.
* Ensure consistency in templates and graphical elements and utilize site wide color, graphical, and typeface standards; that is, employ a high level of attention to detail to all work.
* Understand and utilize established best practices for graphic, animation, and video optimization.
* Assume responsibility for design integrity, cross-browser compatibility, and general quality control for all work produced.
* Evaluate new content for accuracy, brand/voice consistency.
* Search engine optimization: evaluate new content for its value in search engine optimization according to keyword frequency, keyword density, formatting, etc.
* Research information/best practices that enhance the value of the site.
Qualifications
* Male / Female, age between 22-30 years old.
* Bachelor's Degree in Web Design or Graphic Design
* 3+ years of experience providing design support to large, professional corporate websites.
* HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash
* Must have understanding of search engine optimization and its utilization for marketing campaigns
* Knowledge of browser compatibility issues for all platforms.
* Strong project/time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent English skills
2- Marketing Staff - 2 Positions
Job Description:
* Responsible for sales, to ensure the achievement of annual and quarterly sales target.
* Establishing and maintaining relationship with new and existing customers.
* Conducting market opportunity analysis and providing highly satisfaction to clients.
* Responsible for developing and implementing sales / trade program to achieve assigned sales target.
* Expanding current distribution channel to achieve nationwide coverage, maximize customers’ convenience and satisfaction
* Maintaining business relationship with our major vendors to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, resulting in profitable and long term mutual business success
* Co-ordinate with Marketing team to analyze and develop effective sales promotion campaign
* Support market & sales information to all department
* Identifying and seeking new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability of company
Qualifications Required:
* Male / Female, age not over 35 years old
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
* Experience in Media advertising sales
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skill
* Sales oriented, initiative and mature
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Able to work well under pressure
* Having own transportation would be an advantage
